Reaching Small Heights

The stepladder is a smaller version of the ladder.  Step-ladders are usually easier to handle or move.   The common step-ladder features over-sized rungs or elevated “steps” at varying heights. When indoors, the step-ladder can be used to reach something such as a high cupboard or overhead light fixture.  Amazingly, a step-ladder must be sturdy enough to support a person’s weight yet light enough to maneuver around your kitchen.  Many step-ladders have the added flexibility of folding up for easy storage.
